First, check for dirt/debris in the leg gaps (wipe with a cloth or soft brush). To extend: Pull each leg till it “clicks” locked. To collapse: Tilt legs slightly inward (10-15°) and tap the bottoms gently ? never keep ’em perfectly straight .
