The outdoorsmen at Old Cedar Outfitters set out to design a table that had only what you needed and limit extra weight, moving parts and extra cost. To keep all that water from sliding over the sides and going just everywhere and anywhere, the outdoorsmen at Old Cedar Outfitters designed this table with three features that put the water in just one place, off to the side. First, they gave this table a wide drain channel at one end that allows all the water to quickly drain away. Second, the table was given a slight slope towards the drain to make sure the water only goes in one direction. Finally, the table was given a raised edge all the way around the perimeter of the table to keep the water from sliding off the sides.
