How to power the unit ?
There are 4 power supply methods.
1. Built-in rechargeable battery
2. 12V car cigarette lighter
3. 12V DC power adapter
4. 110V portbale power station
How long does it last? How long does it take to charge?
The battery will last the instant hot water heater for 100 minutes on a full charge and the hot water heater can be fully charged in 3 hours
Does the water heater operating while charging?
The battery supports charging and discharging at the same time, always make sure to open the ON/OFF switch before charing
Is the E6 code a quality issue?
E6 error code is not a quality issue. To prevent burns, our water heater turns off and displays an E6 error code at around 122℉. If you're experiencing this, check for a blocked water pump or adjust the power knob before restarting
It was charging and after 10 minutes it shut down and didn't get past one bar. Why is this happening?
Please note that the unit will automatically switch off when fully charged. When 1 red bar and 2 white bars are displayed, it is in full state.
