Nestled in the Wood River Valley of Central Idaho, First Lite strives to make the best apparel in the hunting industry with innovative technologies for specific hunting pursuits in any weather.

From proprietary camouflaged rain jackets & pants to merino wool baselayers, First Lite is fully stocked with all the hunting apparel necessary to stay in the game all year long.

Specializing in Merino wool and 37.5 Technology supercharged fabrics, First Lite’s hunting apparel excels at natural thermal regulation and moisture management to keep you comfortable and scent-free.

Both our passion and business model are based on the protection of wildlife in wild places.

Supporting groups that protect wildlife, wild places and hunter heritage is a critical part of our conservation efforts.

Since 2018, we've been working to rehabilitate winter range in Southern Idaho degraded by fire and invasive cheatgrass. To date, we've planted more than 50,000 native shrub seedlings.

Our employees collect seed for the nurseries that grow the sage and bitterbrush seedlings we use in our Brush for Bucks Intiative, which benefit wintering mule deer, elk, pronghorn & sage grouse.
