The GONZO Story

Prepare soil for new planting. New hole should be 2x diameter of the root ball and deep enough so that finished planting is just above grade.

Remove plastic container from potted plant. Loosen any root bound roots.

Open GONZO Gopher Shield into a circular shape with seam on the ground.

Carefully place new plant into center of the GONZO Gopher Shield. Then carefully roll up the sides as far as the shield can go.

Place the new planting with the shield into the ground and backfill as directed by the nursery planting instructions.

The top of the Gopher Shield netting should remain out of the ground to protect the stem and new plant growth.
