What makes the Cot One Convertible the standard choice?
It perfectly balances weight (5 lbs) and comfort, holding up to 320 lbs. Sitting 6" off the ground, its tension levers keep the bed drum-tight, and it features integrated base slots to add optional extension legs later.
How hard is it to snap the legs onto the Cot One?
Easy. The engineered leverage handles do the heavy lifting for you. You just hook one side, squeeze the handles together, and they click into place, stretching the bed tight without straining your arms.
Can you change the height of the standard Cot One?
Yes under certain condition. It has integrated slots on the frame legs that allow you to snap in Helinox's optional extension legs (which require additional purchase). This raises the cot from 6 inches to 15 inches off the ground for easier entry.
Will the Cot One frame scratch or damage tent floors?
No. The wide, smooth resin feet are engineered to distribute weight evenly and prevent gouging. For extra peace of mind on ultra-delicate tent fabrics, you can add optional silicone floor guards.
