What is the benefit of choosing the High Cot One?

It includes extension legs out of the box, raising the bed from 6.5" to 15" high. This makes it much easier to get in and out of, provides massive storage space underneath your bed, and converts back to a low cot anytime.

Does the High Cot One wobble because of the taller legs?

No. The extension legs lock deeply into the molded resin hubs of the base frame. Combined with the DAC aluminum poles, it remains completely stable and rock-solid without any side-to-side swaying.

Do you have to use the extension legs on the High Cot One?

No, they are completely removable. If you are camping in a low-clearance tent, you can leave the extension legs at home and set the cot up at its standard 6.5-inch height to save headspace.

Is the High Cot One significantly heavier to carry?

It weighs 6 lbs (about 13 oz more than the standard version) due to the 12 included leg extensions. The extra weight is a minor tradeoff for the convenience of 15 inches of under-bed storage.
