Q: Why doesn't my new stove ignite?

A:New gas stove or long time unused.Gas stoves may take 7 or more times to ignite. Because the gas hose filled with air.

Pls note: The grates must be installed before using this stove, otherwise it will cause glass shatter. The grates are tied to the base of the stove.
