It's Hawaiian for "dry" and pronounced "mah-loh-oh". Since our first product was the DryRack and we have Hawaiian blood in our veins, we thought the Malo'o would be a perfect name. We are located in Solana Beach, CA and we love the ocean, mountains, and the great outdoors. Our mission is to enable outdoor enthusiasts to enjoy more of what they love to do by developing awesome gear. How we got our start?

It all started after an early morning surf session when Phil headed off to the office. He forgot about the soaked wetsuit in the back of the SUV and when he returned at the end of the day, the smell was horrific, and the idea for the DryRack was born.

What makes our product unique?

We are a customer-driven company. After our inaugural product, The DryRack was successfully funded on Kickstarter, each of our additional products has been a result of customer input and collaboration. All of our products are designed to be used every day by outdoor adventurers.
