The analogue temperature gauge gives you a good indication of the internal temperature of the smoker and it’s fully adjustable for ease of calibration.
All fittings throughout - side handles, clips, and nuts and bolts - are rust resistant stainless steel including the grills or aluminium.
These silicone eyelets allow you to use remote probe thermometers with ease to check the internal temperature of food.
