How many days will it take for delivery?

We have five warehouses, located in LA, DLS, SAV, Chi, and NY. We will choose either FedEx or UPS to deliver your order based on your address. Delivery usually takes 3-7 days.

What should I do if the package arrives damaged?

Please send pictures and videos of the package upon arrival, along with the shipping label to Veralune service. We will then process your claim for compensation.
